How will our monthly gatherings be structured?
Each gathering will have a similar format:
One gathering each month, we share a simple meal. Meal time begins at
5:45PM and ends at 6:15PM. Cost: $5 per person.
Shared prayer, song, and activity to introduce the theme of the
month begin at 6:00PM and extend to 6:30PM.
At 6:30PM we break into age-specific groups (pre-school, elementary,
Jr. High, High School, College & Adults) for age-appropriate instruction, discussion and activities.
Parents/Guardians walk their children at 6:30PM to their
specific classrooms and then return to the class of their choice in Cardinal Newman Hall.
Class instruction begins at 6:40PM and ends by 7:50PM. Adults will have a
variety of learning experiences to choose from each week that will promote
knowledge and spiritual development.
Parents and children reunite at the child’s classrooms by 8:00pm.
